        如果你住的房间有问题，只要向服务员提出来，一般都会得到解决，免费修理或者换房间。如果你弄坏了房间里的东西，就要赔偿了。
If you have trouble with your room you should go for the hotel staff. The service of free repairments and room changing is offered. If you break something in the room you must compensate according to the cost.

(Here is a foreign student asking an attendant for help.)
A：   Xiǎojiě, wǒ fángjiān de chuānghu guān bú shàng. Wǒ kěyǐ huàn yí gè fángjiān ma?
        小姐，我房间的窗户关不上。我可以换一个房间吗？
        Miss, the window in my room cannot be closed. May I change a room?
B：   Nín zhù jǐ hào fángjiān?
      您住几号房间？
        What is your room number?
A：  Yāo èr qī.
       127。
        One Two Seven.
B：    Duìbuqǐ，dānrénjiān dōu zū chūqù le，yǒu shuāngrénjiān，nín yào ma?
        对不起，单人间都租出去了，有双人间，您要吗？
         Sorry. The single rooms are all occupied. There are only standard rooms. Do you want one?
A：    Nà suàn le，nǐ zhǎo rén bāng wǒ xiū yí xià ba.
        那算了，你找人帮我修一下吧。
        In that case, please send somebody to have it fixed.

（二）
(Here is a customercalling the attendant for help.)
A： Xiǎojiě，wǒ fángjiān li méiyǒu rèshuǐ.
      小姐，我房间里没有热水。
      Miss, my room does not have hot water.
B：Wǒmen mǎshàng gěi nín sòng.
      我们马上给您送。
      We will send it to you right away.
A： Lìngwài，fángjiān cèsuǒ li de xiàshuǐdào dǔzhù le，dēng yě bú liàng le，nǐ néng bù néng zhǎo rén lái xiū yí xià?
      另外，房间厕所里的下水道堵住了，灯也不亮了，你能不能找人来修一下？
       Also the washbasin in my toilet is blocked and the light does not work, can you send somebody to fix them?
B：Wǒmen mǎshàng pài rén qù xiū.
     我们马上派人去修。
     We will send someone to fix them immediately.
