　　在饭店订房，有的时候可能订不到你要求的房间，你可以请接待员帮忙换成别的等级的房间，或者请他们帮忙联系其他酒店。在旅游旺季，最好提前一些天订房间。
Sometimes if you cannot book the kind of room you want you could ask the receptionist to help you change to some other kind of room, or contact other hotels. You had better book your room a few days in advance during the tourist season.

     先生,您好！
     Hello, Sir.
B： Nǐ hǎo, xiǎojiě! Wǒ jiào Wáng Jūn，wǒ zài nǐmen zhèli yùdìng le fángjiān.
     你好，小姐！我叫王军，我在你们这里预订了房间。
      Hello! My name is Wang Jun. I have a room reservation here.
（After a moment）
A：Duìbuqǐ，wǒmen zhèli méiyǒu nín de xìngmíng.
     对不起，我们这里没有您的姓名。
     Sorry, I can't find your name.
B： Nǐmen néng bāng wǒ liánxì biéde fàndiàn ma?
      你们能帮我联系别的饭店吗？
     Can you help me contact other hotels?
A：当然可以。
     Dāngrán kěyǐ.
     Yes, of course.

（二）
A：Wǎnshang hǎo!
      晚上好！
     Good evening!
B： Nǐ hǎo, xiǎojiě. Wǒ zuótiān dǎ diànhuà yùdìngle yí gè biāozhǔnjiān. 
      你好，小姐。我昨天打电话预订了一个标准间。
     I called up yesterday to reserve a standard room.
A：Duìbuqǐ，wǒmen de biāozhǔnjiān dōu zhù mǎn le.
     对不起，我们的标准间都住满了。    
　　Sorry, our standard rooms are fully occupied.
B： Nàme gěi wǒ huàn yí gè dānrénjiān ba.
      那么给我换一个单人间吧。
