On April 1 I ordered EZLetter (Item No. B-126, @$89.50) from you via your on-line shopping Web site. Well, what I received today was EZWriter (Item No. B-129) and this is NOT what I ordered.
I believe this is due to a
clerical error on your part, and I want you to check your records and send me *EZLetter* asap. In the meantime, please let me know what should I do with the software I did not order. Do you want me to send it back to you COD? Your
