With the year-end approaching, we need to ask each of the department heads to prepare a preliminarybudget estimate for the first quarter of 2005 for his/her department.

The budget estimate is to be submitted on or before November 30. If you have or anticipate having any problems in meeting this deadline, please contact me asap. Your cooperation will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
