You need to ensure that when you are presenting company information, you vary the information and the way you communicate it. That means you need to use a variety of expressions using different nouns, adverbs and tenses. It's always useful to think about your audience and why you are telling them what you are telling them...what's the reason for the information and how is it best presented? Keep it simple and varied, refer to the past first, then the present and finally, lead in to predictions and forecasts for the future. Try not to mix up these time references or you will confuse the reader. |
