What do you usually sell ? Is it easy to do ? Does your product or service virtually 'sell itself' ? Or do you really have to fight to convince someone to buy what you are selling ? What do you emphasize when selling ?
Who are your clients or customers ? Are they an homogenous group or are they all very different ?
How do they learn about your product or service ? Do you teach yourself or does your company provide training ? Is your product or service constantly changing or does it always stay the same ?
Is there something you'd like to know about selling your product ?
How does someone become an effective sales person ? Does it depend on their sales technique, their personality or their knowledge of the product ? Or is it a mixture of all three ? Or something else again ?
Whatever your answers are to these questions, there is no doubt that the language you use is very important.
