2012年5月8日，黑龙江省佳木斯市语文教师张丽莉面对冲向学生的客车，奋力将学生推向一旁，自己却被碾到车下，造成双腿截肢。这件事情发生后，人们称她为"最美女教师"。后来又陆续涌现了"最美司机"吴斌、"最美战士"高铁成等一系列民间英雄。这些平凡人的感人事迹温暖着整个社会，人们开始用"最美" 职业这样的固定模式来称呼不断出现的好人好事。


On May 8th, 2012, Zhang Lili, a Chinese literature teacher from Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, saw a school bus barreling towards one of her students. Without hesitation, she pushed the student to the side, but was herself run over by the bus, resulting in the loss of both her legs. After this event, people started to call Zhang "the most beautiful female teacher." Subsequently, other everyday heroes emerged, such as "the most beautiful driver" Wu Bin and "the most beautiful soldier" Gao Tiecheng. The moving stories of such ordinary people touched all of society, and people began to use the grammaticalconstruction "most beautiful career" to describe the increasing number of good people and their noble deeds .
