在冰天雪地的自然环境中，哈尔滨人注意从文化角度审视冰雪资源，在不断探讨挖掘其历史渊源、总结积累新鲜经验的基础上，创造了独具特色的冰雪文化。
哈尔滨人喜爱冰雪，喜欢热闹，更热衷于文化。每年冰雪节，哈尔滨人在充分展示其精美的冰雪艺术品的同时，也为冰雪文化注入了新的内涵。本届冰雪节将陆续举办冰雪狂欢巡游表演、《腾飞的哈尔滨》摄影展、冰雪图书博览会、冰上婚礼、冰雪画比赛和展览、冰雪电视艺术节、老年舞蹈百花赛、老年迪斯科舞比赛、元宵节花灯制作比赛展、冰雪节大型狂欢周等系列活动。这一系列文化活动，将使冬季的哈尔滨成为欢腾的冰雪文化乐园。 欢迎您中外游客，冰雪文化乐园期待您留下浓重的色彩。
Ice and Snow Culture
In the natural environment with a lot of ice and snow, Harbin people put emphasis on investigation of ice and snow resources from the cultural point of view. On basis of constant exploration on their historical origin and accumulation of new experiences, a unique ice and snow culture has been created.
Harbin People love ice and snow, love excitement, and more fond of culture. During the Ice and Snow Festival each year, at the same time when Harbin people show their fine ice and snow works, they also add new contents to ice and snow culture. During this session of Ice Snow Festival, ice and snow revelry cruise performance, "Harbin Is Taking-Off" Photograph Contest, Ice and Snow Book Exhibition, Marriage Ceremony on ice, ice and snow painting contest and exhibition, ice and snow TV art festival, Hundred-Flower Dance Contest of senior people, senior people disco dance contest, lantern making contest on the lanternfestival, grand revelry week series activities of the Ice and snow Festival. Harbin in winter will become a delighted paradise of ice and snow cultural.
Tourists both at home and abroad are welcome to the Ice and Snow Cultural Paradise. You are expected to paint dense colors here.
