      数学课上，老师十分擅长联系实际讲例题，她给明明提了一个问题。
      老师："明明，老师给你50元，你再去跟小胖借5元，这样一来，你一共有多少钱？"
      明明："0元。"
      老师生气地说："看来你根本不懂数学！" 
      明明委屈地说："看来您根本不懂小胖！"

The math teacher was very good at explaining math problems by giving examples in real life. She asked Mingming a question.
Teacher :"Mingming, supposing I give you fifty yuan and you go to borrow five yuan from Xiaopang, then how much you get now?"
Mingming replied: "Nothing."
The teacher became angry and said: "It seems that you know nothing about math!"
Feeling wronged, Mingming answered: "It seems that you know nothing about Xiaopang!"

1.这样一来：
作为固定短语常常引出某种现象所产生的结果，句式一般是："句子+这样一来，+句子"。
如：老师说这次考试推迟一周。这样一来，我们就不用太着急复习了。
但有时也可以出现在宾语句中。如：
你以为这样一来大家都会听你的话吗？

1. 这样一来(zhèyàng yì lái): so, by doing so, and thus, and therefore, in this way, etc.
"这样一来(zhèyàng yì lái)" is a fixed phrase, usually introducing a certain result brought by a situation. The general pattern is commonly like "sentence A +这样一来+sentence B".
For example: 
老师说这次考试推迟一周。这样一来，我们就不用太着急复习了。
The teacher said that the exam would be delayed for a week, and therefore we will not need to prepare for it in such a rush.
Sometimes this phrase appears in clauses which are used as the objects in sentences.
For example:
你以为这样一来大家都会听你的话吗？
Do you think by doing so people will listen to you?

2.看来：
1）作为连接词引出对某种结果的猜测，如：
他这么晚还没来，看来是不会来了。
2）经常用在介词短语中，短语结构为"在/从/由+NP+看来"，表示某人或某个角度的观点，如："在我看来"，"由此开来"。
如：   在我看来，养好身体是最重要的。

2. 看来(kànlái): apparently, seemingly, it seems/appears that, etc.
1) "看来(kànlái)" is usually used as a conjunction followed by the supposition about a certain result.
For example: 
他这么晚还没来，看来是不会来了。
He hasn't showed up until now; it seems that he won't be here anyway.
2) When it is used in a prepositional phrase, the structure is "在/从/由(zài/yóu/cóng)
 +noun phrase+看来(kànlái)", explaining the viewpoint from someone or from a certain perspective.
Such as, "在我看来 (in my opinion/view, from my perspective)", "由此看来 (from this, it seems that)".
For example: 
在我看来，养好身体是最重要的。
In my opinion, it is the most important thing to stay in good health.
