| This is Temple Gardens near the Regent School. Each noon I came here to have lunch with other international students. In fact not only we students came here, but also many travellers gathered here at lunchtime to enjoy the lovely sunshine. Most of us bought a sandwich and a coffee or something else for lunch. We either sat on benches or just sat around on the lawn and read some books or newspapers at our leisure. At that moment I was really touched by the scene because we were enjoying the colourful and peaceful life in a fairly relaxed way. |

This is what the Regent School looked like. Are you surprised by it? To tell you the truth, I was really surprised at my first sight of the building because it was totally different from what I expected. In the photo you can see the international students are chatting before their morning classes. Walk down the street and you'll come to Temple Gardens and the River Thames. | |

| I suppose these children are primary school students in their PE class. The sports ground is about 2 or 3 metres underground near the Dolphin Square Hotel where I stayed. Everyday when I walked past that sports ground I saw students playing football, basketball or other ball games. I think the ground isn't owned by a school, but different organisations are able to rent the ground for sports classes. On the western wall you can see graffiti of different styles which I guess are these students' masterpieces. |
