I'm looking forward to meeting you. But now I have some questions to disscuss with you:

1、 我们现有两个有意向的订单:
1, We have two available order form:

一个大约有500台,首批100台,可以用到SISS SP30。目前客户还处于设备选型阶段。我们认为样机和供货时的The new replaced product不同,客户不能接受。如果使用The new replaced product,供货周期和价格无法满足此订单要求。

One of the order is about 500 sets. The first batch is 100 sets, SISS SP30 can be used. Our customer is in equipmentselection phase. We think the sample is different from the new replaced product from supplying. Our customer can't accept this. If using The new replaced product, supply period and price can meet the requirment of this order.

另一个大约100台,首批30台,可以用到SISS SIP30F。此客户一直由我司提供Zebra P310。由于现在需要写芯片和打印功能,故而需要重新进行设备选型。我们急需贵司提供该设备的报价和准备样机。
请留意:如果此次不能选用SISS的设备,这两个订单将会没有机会再用SISS设备的。

The other order is about 100 sets. The first batch includes 30 sets. Our group provide Zebra P310 to the customer all the time. Due to the needs of composing chips and printing function, we need to have a new equipmentselection. We need you to provide the quote and sample model.
Please notice that: If we can't use SISS equipment, both two order will no longer use SISS.

2、 我们手上关于SIP系列设备的资料太少,签于您下周才能来中国。建议可以先发一些关于SIP系列设备的资料给我们;比如产品图片,宣传资料,二次开发资料,示例程序,维修保养手册等。这样我们可以提前做一些市场准备工作。

2, We have too little file of SIP serial equipment in hand, as you will come to China next week, will you please send some data about SIP serial equipment first? For example, procuct picture, promotional material, re-develop data, example program, maintenance manual,and so on, so that we can do preparation work for marketing ahead of time.
