"地摊儿（dì tānr）"(stall) is also called "小摊儿（xiǎo tānr）"or 摊子（tān zi）, which can be found everywhere in China. These stalls are movable shops and peddlers are always without a permission issued by authority. They usually set up their stalls by the side of the street, on the overpass, at bus stops or some places where there are large flows of people.

       地摊儿上有各种各样的东西，比如书、水果、衣服、食物等等。地摊儿上的东西非常便宜。一般地来说，我们可以跟地摊儿的主人砍价，以便买到更加便宜的东西。当然，地摊儿上的东西质量很一般，所以在地摊儿上买东西一定要小心。
