Three Killed in Fire on Russian Ship

(Xinhua2008-06-06 16:33:09) A fire on a commercial ship killed three people at a repair dockyard of the Russian Navy located in Russia's Baltic exclave region of Kaliningrad, the Itar-Tass news agency reported Friday.

The fire broke out Thursday after an explosion on the ship and spread about 500 square meters, Itar-Tass said, adding another three people were injured.

It has been put out by firefighters. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
