中国式英语（三）
现代文明的变化真可比为斗转星移，稍不留神，就会感到人世已成沧海之变！这是由于全球信息时代降临的结果，新生事物层出不穷，令人睁大眼睛也目不暇接。中国推行改革开放政策以来，西方的文化也如同猛兽洪水般地涌进，良莠难分。但历史的车轮总是要滚滚向前的。具有五千年文明史的东方古国的文化底蕴，也在人类高奏和平发展的大乐章中奏出了具有中国特色的世界英语，在中华民族复兴的大进军中，这些新技术开发出来的新生词汇，伴随着与时代背景密不可分的文化现象，开始了进入世界英语大本营的新的长征！以下是近年来出现的具有中国特色的英语词汇及表达法，可略窥一斑。（其中有些表达法不一定地道，还请专家们给予指教）
一、 新的时政词汇：
诸侯经济：a regional economy which only deals with local interests
知识产权：intellectual property (rights)
筑巢引凤：improve investment conditions to attract foreign capital and expertise
尊师尊教：have respect for both teachers and education
文山会海：too many documents and pointless meetings
温饱问题：the people's basic need for food and clothing
适用住房：affordable housing
科教兴国：invigorate China through science and education
减员增效：increase efficiency by downsizing staff
公款吃喝：recreational activities using public funds
海基会：　Straits Exchange Foundation
海协会：　Association for relations across the Taiwan Straits
黄赌毒：　pornography, gambling and drug abuse
承诺制：　practice to offer guarantees to consumers
花篮： congratulatory basket
后劲： ability to make further advance
跑官：　　take unethical steps to get an important government position
内耗：　　unnecessary losses due to poor staff management
瓶颈：　　a weak link which becomes an obstruction to overall development

近年来在中国新造出来的词语蜂拥而至，这是基于许多新观念形成的表现。世界的变化像万花筒一样叫人措手不及，神州大地也在日新月异地起了变化！中国社会科学院语言研究所曾作过调查，自改革开放以来，产生了大约７，０００个比较稳定的新词，而这个数字早已翻了几番。我们该学的东西有多少呀？
