Description animals.
1) In this activity, you are asked to write a description of any animal you like.
2) Have students write their passages individually.
3) Move around the classroom checking progress and giving language support if necessary.
4) Ask several students to read their passages to the class.
Step Ⅱ Pairwork
1. Make a conversation with your partner. Use the sentences below.
Why do you like koalas?
Because they are very cute.
Why do you want to see the lions?
Because they are kind of interesting.
Where are lions from?
Lions are from Africa.
I like dogs too.
Let’s see the panda first.
2. Ask several pairs of students to act their conversation to the whole class.
