我到过旧金山两次：第一次是95年，十一年后故地重游，发现城市交通变化不大。作为游客，游历城市最直接的就是乘坐城市的公共交通了。在旧金山做公交车是挺有意思的一件事，也许是因为旅游，时间又由自己来安排，自然乘公交车的心情也大不一样。旧金山地区的交通相对来说非常方便，其公共交通主要有以下几种：（1）无轨电车(Muni)；（2）有轨电车（streetcar）；（3）观光有轨缆车(Cable Car)。（4）湾区地铁(BART,全称Bay Area Railway Train)。

I have been to San Francisco twice. The first time was in 1995. It has been 11 years since my last visit. When I visit it again, I find little change in its public transportation. For visitors, the most convenient way for touring around the city is by public transportation. It's great fun to take public transportation there, for you can take your time and enjoy the trip. Public transportation in San Francisco falls into the following types: 1. Muni 2.Streetcar 3. Cable Car 4. Bay Area Railway Train (BART).

        普通上班通勤的人士多数搭乘普通汽车；而游客喜欢乘坐有怀旧感的电缆车和有轨电车。

Commuters there like to take the ordinary buses whereas tourists like to take streetcars or cable cars to enjoy a reminiscent mood.

       票价Muni Fare

        Muni 的成年人的票价是$1.5；青少年5-17岁Youth (Ages 5-17)、残疾人和老年人Disabled and Seniors (with ID) 的票价是$0.5。与国内不同的是车票可以多次使用，有效期为90分钟，也就是说只要在90分钟内，无论换乘多少次车，上车时只需出示给驾驶员出示车票，而不需要再买票。
        此外，公交公司还提供一日或多日有效的车票服务。乘客可以根据自己的情况购买，总之，只要你想在一段时间内多次乘车，购买这样的车票是最划算的。

一日有效，所有市内公车随便坐车票，只需$9
三日有效（连须三日）公车票，只需$15
七日有效（只能是连续的从周一到周日）公车票，只需$20

Muni fare for adults is $1.5, and that for youth aged 5-17 and the disabled and seniors is $0.5.
What is different from our Muni fares is their fare can be used for many times, within its valid time of 90 minutes. You can use it within the time on whichever Muni you would like to take.
Besides, tickets valid for one day or more days are available for passengers. If you want to take Muni frequently over a certain time, they are the best choices.

One-Day Ticket: $ 9, valid for all the public transportations downtown
Ticket for three continuous day: $15
Ticket for a week (from Monday to Sunday): $20
