回购的中文解释

指公司在公开市场购买自身的股票，通常是因为公司认为自身的股价遭低估了，回购股票的回报优于将现金投到业务上。理论上，回购后公司在市场上流通的股票数减少，这些股票的价值会上升。回购股票实际上是将公司的现金储备直接返还给股东。

Buy Back的英文解释

The purchase by a company of its own shares in the open market, usually based on the belief that the shares are undervalued and that buying them will provide a better investment return than putting cash into the underlying business of the company. In theory the buy back will reduce the number of shares in the market and increase the value of the remaining ones. Also known as a share repurchase. It effectively returns to the shareholders the cash held in company reserves which already belongs to them.
