最近这几天晚上几乎晚晚夜夜笙歌，天天晚上都有各种聚会聚餐的，忙得不亦乐乎，看来在学校也真的不寂寞，夜生活丰富多彩。不过我想过了这周应该会好点了。

夜夜笙歌是要付出代价的，我刚好了一大半的喉咙今晚又开始不能出声了，真是郁闷极了，明天要去校医院开药才行。

白天依旧有几个小时是泡在图书馆里看书学习，下午无比炎热，最好的做法是睡觉。可能以前老是睡眠不足，结果长了很多暗疮，自从放了暑假以来暗疮剧减，而且皮肤明显比以前好了很多，可能是睡眠无比充足的缘故，呵呵。当然合理的饮食也很重要。清晨空腹喝一杯300毫升的淡盐水，清热清肠。炎炎夏日多喝水当然是少不了的，另外还得多吃水果，像苹果啊，雪梨啊，香蕉啊，李子啊等等，我一想到就吃，一有空也吃，看视频吃，听歌也吃，有时细算一下，水果费可能还贵过生活费，真是无语。看到桌上的水果袋里只剩下一只大大的双华李，我明白明天又要去买水果了。除了吃水果，每天都要喝牛奶，蒙牛伊利肯定不用说了，可是除此以外，我还经常喝营养快线啊，谷粒谷力啊，还有一种新出的养生饮料叫"贝奇野菜"，里面全是野菜汁，喝了非常健康，我强烈推荐大家有条件的经常喝，呵呵。

说起新的图书馆，有时真的让人哭笑不得。外面太阳无比猛烈，可是里面的空调却开得很大，温度很低，仿佛有一种冬天的感觉。我一进去不久就不停地打喷嚏，很多女生都要加一件外衣。不过在里面学习还是很舒服的，宽敞明亮，不然就不会经常座无虚席了，呵呵。

Topic: it is generally believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for sport or music, and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

It is quite common that some people are born with some special talents on some special fields, as the topic indicates, such as sports or music. Undeniably, these people, through systematic and hard-pushing training, can top at their culmination later in their lives. However, is it true that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician, or other experts in other fields? I keep a skeptical attitude towards it.

Unquestionably, as I mention above, appropriate education and training do conduce tremendously to the success of some gifted people in sports or music. They can achieve a far higher fulfillment than those who are not talented with equal efforts. Numerous instances can be raised here such as Einstein, Newton, etc.

Nonetheless, are education and training so powerful and magic that they can cultivate someone to become an expert for sure? I suppose not. There are plenty of factors in the one's success including talents. Take sports person for example. To be an athlete in some filed, like running, one has to be physically strong enough to endure the painstaking training. Otherwise, he cannot even receive the necessary training, not to mention becoming a professional sports man. Another illustration is that to become a musician, like a singer, one's voice should be competent and of certain style to sing certain kinds of songs. Otherwise, it is futile to spend years training his singing capability, for he can never reach where he wants. On top of talents, interest also plays a key role in becoming experts in some fields. Some people, though with great talents in some aspects, are not very interested in their talents fields. They may show stronger interest in some fields they are not that gifted in. If we force them to learn their talented courses, then the outcome is dim. As a saying goes, interest is the best teacher, without which one can never have a good command of a certain field. So it is out of the question to teach someone to become sports person or musician when they hate these two professions' guts.

In sum, it has been universally acknowledged that talents and proper training contribute to the success of some fields, but not everyone can be taught to become sportsman or musician even without the least interest!
