对冲基金的中文解释

一种私人投资基金，目标往往是从市场短暂快速的波动中获取高水平的回报，常进行高杠杆比率的操作，运用如卖空、互换、金融衍生工具、程序交易和套利等交易手段。因最低投资额往往很高，对冲基金的投资者通常限于金融机构和富人。
