有效控制的中文解释

控制一家公司理论上需要拥有该公司50%以上的表决权，但若公司股权分散，持股较多的股东即使持股不足50%，或许也有能力有效控制公司的运作，英文称之为working control。

Theoretically more than 50 percent of all voting shares is needed to control a company. However, if the holder has a substantialminority interest then it could have effective (working) control if the rest of the company's stock was all held in small shareholdings.
