Abstract
中国家族企业作为民营经济的一个主要分支,在社会经济的发展中扮演者(着)重要的角色,它伴随着中国政治经济体制改革不断衍生和发展,现已成为市场经济体制中不可或缺的部分。
As a main branch of the private economy, the family enterprise in China plays an important role in the social and economic development. With the unceasing derivation and development of reforms in the economic and political structure in China, currently it has become an integral part in the market economic structure.
中国家族企业在其发展初期有着得天独厚的优势,灵活的管理模式为企业的顺利创建和发展提供了推动力。然后(而),企业在组织机制、集分权制度、制度规范性等方面都存在着先天不足,这些问题在企业的发展中日益暴露出来,正束缚着企业的进一步发展,成为企业迈向规模化、国际化的绊脚石。
The family enterprise in China had a uniqueadvantage in its early development stage, and the flexiblemanagement mode provided the impetus for the smooth establishment and development of an enterprise. However, the enterprise has congenital deficiencies in terms of the organization mechanism, the separation of powers system, the normative system and so on. All these issues increasinglyexpose in the development of the enterprise and is binding the further development of the enterprise, and becomes stumbling stones for the enterprise to scale up and internationalize.
企业管理变革也就势在必行,只有建立适应企业特点的产权制度,引进专业的优秀管理人才,完善企业规章制度,企业才能继续在市场经济的大潮中激流勇进。
The reform of the enterprisemanagement is imperative. Only if the property system which adapts to the feature of the enterprise is established, and excellent management talents are introduced and rules and regulations of the enterprise is perfected, the enterprise can continue to survive in the tide of the market economy,
