第一课时教学设计
一、教学目标:
1、能听懂并说出"mask, vase, chicken, duck, ,horse, pig "以及它们的复数。
2、能自然地询问别人的爱好。
3、引发学生对动物的热爱,产生保护动物的意识。
二、教学重点:
1、能运用Do you like...? Yes, I do. / No, I don't. I like... What do you like? I like...进行交流
2、六个单词的复数形式。
三、教学难点:
六个单词的复数形式的发音;能运用Do you like...? Yes, I do. / No, I don't. I like...What do you like? I like...进行交流。
四、课前准备:多媒体、实物

1. S:Hello,boys and girls.How are you?
T:Fine,thank you,.And you?

T:Can you say the chant ?
S:Yes ,we can.

(屏幕显示:

[设计思路:教读Chant是一种很好的教学手段。课前读Chant,是组织进行教学的好方法,它可以使学生以饱满的精神、激昂的情绪,渐渐进入英语环境,轻松融入学习英语的氛围中,从而引出新课。还能复习巩固所学知识。
Step2、Revision

[设计思路:我先以提问方式复习所学动物名称,再利用幻灯片呈现单词的单数过渡到单词的复数,为下面的句型Do you like...?教学作铺垫,组织学生围绕这些动物来猜谜语,从而揭示新课,再引出本课时的新单词。这种循序渐进的方法,不仅符合学生学习的方式,而且还能调动学生学习积极性、激发兴趣,更好地帮助学生掌握知识。
Step3、 Presentation and practice
1. T: I can sing, and I can draw, too. Look, these are my pictures.
One is a vase, the other is a mask.(重复2-3遍)
Teach vase mask a. T: What's this in English?
S: 学生凭刚才听到的内容回答。
b. T: 根据两个单词所含的相同音素进行教学

4. T: Listen, is that a chicken?(媒体里传来声音)

T: 最后定格为鸭子的画面。Oh, it's a duck. (不发出声音)

Step4、 Consolidation
1、Listen to the tape and repeat
为了巩固所学知识,教师设计了两个游戏,由易到难、由浅入深,逐步深入。
2、Guess and guess。事先把写单词的纸放入一盒中(4张纸),请四位学生从中一人选一张,所选的代表自己所喜欢的动物,由学生来猜。用Do you like...?来猜,如果猜对了,就说:Yes.You are right. I like ... 如果猜错了,就说:Sorry. You are wrong. . I like ...就这样,学生们在猜的过程中又一次复习了本课所学的动物类单词,还对以前学过的知识作了一次复习。
3、速认速记。准备好动物的单词卡,从中挑选四张让学生快速认记,我说:"One,two,three,four。"便拿掉卡片,让学生说出是哪几个单词,最快举手说对这四个词的学生可以获得一个小奖品。
[设计思路:爱玩是孩子的天性。在课堂中适当地穿插这两个游戏,活跃课堂气氛,同时利用游戏活动引出新单词,巧妙地激起了学生的学习兴趣。收到事半功倍的教学效果。在基本掌握单词的基础上,这两个游戏强化了学生的记忆力,也增强了师生、生生之间的互动与合作,使得每个学生有更多的机会更自信地开口说英语,充分调动了学生的学习积极性。
4、再次出示动物面具
T:(边说边出示)I like horses, I like ducks, I like chickens. What do you like?
(教师引导)
S1:I like...(学生说到所喜欢的面具,如果教师有就送给学生)
T:Here you are.
S:Thank you.
与此类推操练此句型。
[设计思路:在所有的新的课程标准中,没有一个标准明确提出要采用某一种教学方法,但几乎都提出了教学应以学生为中心的原则。提倡采用多种教学活动,设置尽量真实的语言情景,使学生能够使用语言做事情;通过做事情来促进学生语言运用能力的发展。这个环节恰好体现了新课标中提倡让学生在情境中学会交际,在交际中学会语言这一教学理念。
5、Do a survey.
T: I like... What do you like?
S: I like...
师生示范后,学生进行调查。要求调查五个人,看谁调查得快。
T: Someone likes tigers. Someone likes horses. Someone likes zebras. We all like animals, then animals love us, too. Animals and we are good friends.
Step5、 Homework
1、Copy the new words.
2、Look at the pictures, write down the sentences according the models.(Page 33 and 34)
3、收集有关Halloween的知识,了解西方国家的其它节日。
4、制作Halloween节日面具。

教学反思:
1、俗话说:兴趣是最好的老师,入门的导向,记忆的媒介。教育家乌申斯也曾说过:"没有任何兴趣而被迫进行的学习,会扼杀学生掌握知识的愿望。在教授完本课时的单词和句型后,我仍然以Chant形式来巩固所学的单词和句型。事实证明:小学生对Chant是非常感兴趣, 再有节奏的朗读中自然而然地理解掌握了所学知识有节奏的朗读中自然而然地理解掌握了所学知识。
2、在整个教学过程中,我始终注意学生的学习兴趣。运用多媒体、实物(动物面具)、做游戏及读Chant都吸引着学生的兴趣。同时,我使用已有的英语知识,对新旧知识进行了串联与整合,创造了很多机会让学生尽可能自然地使用英语。
