In front of Olympic Flags at the Beijing Language and Culture University, more than 900 volunteers took an oath to do their best to help Beijing host high quality Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The volunteers include university students and teachers in Beijing, as well as overseas students from more than 50 countries. Most of the overseas student volunteers are studying at the universities in Beijing.

They've been recruited as interpreters for about 55 languages during the Games.
