SHANGHAI, July 25 (Xinhua)-- Three people were stabbed to death and two others injured in a suspected love affair dispute in Shanghai, the local police said Friday.
Shanghai police received a call Thursday midnight reporting that someone had been stabbed in an apartment in Pudong New District.
Policemen immediately rushed to the site, finding" title="n.发现物；判断；结果">finding three were killed and two injured.
Initial investigation showed that the suspect was suffering an emotional entanglement with the victims.
The police did not reveal any information about the suspect, saying" title="n.言语；言论；格言">saying they were trying" title="a.难堪的；费劲的">trying to investigate" title="v.调查(研究)">investigate the case.
