An achievements diary is a record of your achievements throughout the year. It need not be in a separate diary, just in a section of your regular diary. It lists the things that you have done throughout the year that you are proud of.

At the end of the year it shows all your proud moments by date, by attainment and by number. Listing the things that you have achieved through the year means that you can reflect saying, "Boy, I achieved a lot this year."
How is it laid out?
It's very simple. Start with a number, then the achievement and then a date.

1. I reached 1000 page views on Triond, on Friday, January 9th, 2009.
2. Purchased my new car on Thursday, February, 10th 2009... and so on and so forth.
