Chinese rock singer Cui Jian is to hold his first concert in Beijing for 12 years at the Capital Gymnasium on August 24.

　　It's titled "Dream in the Sunshine", because, Cui explains, this concert is a dream come true for him: "Things have happened that seemed impossible and that's because there is a group of people who always stick to their dreams."

　　He says the song line-up has not been finalized yet: "The selection of songs is not that important. I wish to express my ideas in new ways".

　　Tickets go on sale next week. In early June, the singer held a concert in Wuhan, his first since the release of his new album "Give You A Little Bit of Color".
