The Mobile Phone
The first mobile phone I bought was of orange backlight and blue cover. Though its appearance is by no means appealing, it is fantastically
durable: I dropped the phone several times from my bed which was the upper one of a double-decker to the ground and the phone worked all the same well.
When I bought my first mobile phone, I was graduating from my college. At that time, all of my classmates owned one mobile phone. Since my roommates bought the phones, what I hear most were different kinds of rings. Some of the rings are just ordinary ones. And most of the rings were strange ones.
In the silent night, the strange rings tend to appear most obviously to occupy the silence. Sounds of birds, cats, dogs, children, and women rushed into my ears one after another or at the same time. However, I did like one kind of rings-the one indicated mobile short messages. Such kinds of rings are short, simple and low. What is more, the rings indicated written words, not voices. Lots of messages were spread among the students, most of which were tales, funny greetings, and a few were blue stories.
When I bought my first mobile phone I was graduating from my college. At that time, I had to buy one for the purpose of
finding a job.
Money was always a problem. I planed for months to buy a phone for better contact, but little money was collected.
At night, rings and sounds of keys of the phones were heard more often.
To find a job is more difficult than to buy a mobile phone.
At the beginning of the first semester of the fourth year, there were already a few job ads published on the board outside the
administrative office of the department.
In order to find a job, I bought a mobile phone.
