The English corner I created has celebrated two activities. This week is gonna witness our third one! Recollecting the past two activities, my heart is filled with intricately mixed feelings. originally I thought it would be a piece of cake for me to apply for a classroom to carry out my schedule, which conversely turned out be a great difficulty. Some staff in our school strongly reluctated my proposal and crossed to provide any classroom for me. No matter how sincerely I pleaded with them, they just show me a cold face.

With the faintest idea what to do, eventually I turned to our kindly principal, a loving and caring headmaster towards students. He gladly supported my idea and promised to give me the access to the classroom. Through several twists and turns, I finally managed to apply for the classroom I want.

Through organizing this English corner, I have literally reaped tremendously. It comes to me that it is no easy thing to effectuate a plan, particularly when you need outer aids and assistance. You know, it is more than formidable for you to receive full acknowledgement and sanction before you truly put your program into practice and come up with some persuasive achievements. More often than not, your idea will probably be nit in the bud on account of too much deprecation. When being swamped by flooding opponent voices, it is easy for us to give in. but as far as I am concerned, I will not. If I think something well worthy to be done, I will insist until the end. Whatsoever the result is, I will not have the least regret, for I have gone all out of my way to pursue it. Besides, no one will be perfectly successful all the time. What we need to do after failure, is to draw a lesson from it with a cup of coffee which is meant to reward ourselves for all-the-way toiling persistence. We fail at the final result, but we triumph in the procedure. Once you resolve to start it, you are already an invincible champion!

Through organizing the English corner, I also cultivate my managerial skills and interpersonal relationship with others. I have to learn to schedule everything orderly. Moreover, I need to prepare sufficiently abundant materials and data to keep the corner running smoothly and lively, cos I am the host. This can to a large pitch conduces to my English cos I have to master all the materials before I display them to other members.

A little time-consuming as it is, I hold that my English corner is of great value to continue. And I wholeheartedly wish there would be more and more students going hand in hand with me in the process of learning English. Remember, you are not alone. When you are afflicting the pains stemming from struggling with English, I am there to accompany you and share with you your hardship. When you are appreciating the joy English brings to you, I am also right there to celebrate the achievement you have fulfilled! All the way up to the culmination, we are companions and striving together!
