Today when I tattled with my younger brother, he asked me curiously whether university life was rather leisurely and easeful as some had told him. My answer to his question is that it depends on what kind of person you belong to. The definitions of meaningful college life vary from individual to individual. While some hold a given kind of college life to be ponderale, some may deem it downright fribble. Hence the appearance of your college life uncovers what you intend to acquire from college.

So every time he asks me how my life of college is, I will often frown and sigh, " cannot be busier!" then he will feel rather bewildered, cos my statement is converse to the one some told him.

In college, it is crucial for you to schedule your time properly. You must balance your study and activities at a good point. Only by doing so can you reap satisfactorily both in your study and your activities. When facing an ocean of choices, you must meditate discreetly instead of deciding thoughtlessly. You must weigh delicately the prospective advantages and disadvantages the activity will bring to you. Besides, you should consider the opportunity cost of your time spent on the activity. You know some activities, though beneficial to you to a large extent, are awfully time-consuming. You must think over how long it may endure, how much it will affect your study, and whether you can catch up with the teaching procedure within a short period after you finish your activity, etc. then finally, in accordance to you taste and appetite, you can select your favorable one.

For example, my English corner is totally well worth managing. Preparing for the corner is kinda learning to me. I have to get the mastery of all the English materials before I project or display them to our members. Moreover, in order to make it run smoothly, I have to consider all the potential aspects and come up with a lot of methods to manage it, which to a large pitch cultivates my managerial skills. Though it might be somewhat time-consuming, but it has little impact on my study, but instead, it push my English level, especially oral English to a higher stage! As a total English lover, I deeply appreciate undertaking it!

In all, no matter what you do, you should know to plan your time appropriately. Time span of a day is permanently 24 hours to every living individual. Those who know exactly what they should fulfill every moment will surely harvest more than those who do not.
