How to develop creativity

It is a truth that creativity is a kind of competence which can distinguish between our human beings and animals.Apparrently, creativity is a powerful resource we can use fully .
Can you image that what our life will turn to be and how our world will function without creativity ? Edison had more than 2000 inventions in his life ,what made him successful ? The answer is creativity.But how to develop one's creativity ? The points are concluded as follows:
1) Parents should create a creative atmosphere .Parents should not always help their babies handle their problems .On the contrary ,parents should leave their babies alone and stay by side enlightening them when it is possible.Meanwhile,parents should give enough chances to their babies to train their phsical and mental independence as well as their dexterity .
2)The second level is in school. It is a crucial period that teachers play a significant role in cultivating the students and it should be a responsibiliby for teachers to call on students to answer some open-ended questions by no means. Normal education is the foundation and it should be overemphasized as well as creativity.Teachers shouldn't limit the students' thought and their ideas .It is unreasonable for a teacher to score or judge a student just depending on his standard answers while igoring the reasoning and thoughts of a student
3)Another dimension is interest .We should not force the students to do what they are not fond of .In any event ,it is more brillient to give the students enough opportunities to do what they are interested in .Only in this way can the students think limitlessly and formulate some fantastic ideas which may be really work !
4)Parents and teachers ought to life up the students .We may can use such words :Wow ,how big of you ! Even a small step deserves a pat on the back ! Believe it or not ,the power of a good word is as ten times strong as a bad one .So ,we shouldn't neglect a good encouraging word .While it is not rational to jeopardize the self-esteem and ego of a student by using this words: How silly you are !
All in all ,it is a long way to develop one's creativtiy .Supposedly ,yongsters are much easier to be developped than the elders .Not anybody can use his creativity sufficiently ,it is just a relative level. For the most part ,childhood is a golden age to be developed .
