这其实是一篇团日记,也可以算作是我的班长就职宣言了,呵呵.我也把这篇文章放到我们班的博客里了,金融四班大家一起加油!

当了班长以后,渐渐熟悉了更多以前很少联系的同学,大家似乎更亲密了.也认识了院办的几个老师,以及好几个班的班长,以后大家都会合作愉快的.希望以后的工作和生活都顺顺利利!呵呵

Hi my dear classmates! This is the first time I write to all of you. Please allow me to use English to express myself in order to avoid the awkwardness of using Chinese.

We have been with one another for more than a semester. However, some of you still remain unknown to me. Maybe I know you by sight, but I do not know your exact names! Mentioning this, I cannot help feeling kinda guilty. You know it is no easy thing for us to gather in the same class! Hence all of us should definitely cherish our treasurable friendship. Therefore, I will do my utmost to be acquainted with everyone of you! I also hope we can greet smilingly to each other when encountering somewhere!

To tell you the truth, terribly busy as I am, I feel greatly pleased to become the monitor of our class. in the past two years, I just focused on my study and my part-time job. Seldom did I participate in our class' affairs or activities. But now i come to realize that a truly capable man can balance his study, work and life appropriately. The determinant is how to manage your time aptly so that you can perform all the tasks perfectly without the least regret. Now I believe I can balance my subjects, but I am still hesitating whether I can do the same after my monitor's responsibility is added. So I am now exploring and seeking the point that belongs to my equilibrium. I believe I can succeed, only with my solid faith and my persistentdetermination. As a song sings, though hope is frail, it is hard to kill; when you believe, you can achieve.

My dear classmates, from now on, I will be your monitor. From now on, I will shoulder a lot of responsibility to all of you. Sometimes I will ponder over such questions as what my job actually is. Is it just to fulfill all the assignments the leaders of our business school deliver to me? Is it merely to organize some class-scale activities such as traveling to a resort? Undoubtedly, all those above are among my major tasks. Nonetheless, on top of that, I think, I should also bear the responsibility to be a friend of you, a sincere, helpful, earnest and lifelong friend, who is always anticipating sharing all you joys and sorrows. This is just my kindly wish. Actually I know it is somewhat impossible for me to establish a very good friendship with all of you, but I will try all out to do it.

As a matter of fact, we can share a lot of things in life and study, especially in study. To be frank, my study performance is just a little more than so-so, compared with those who get 10 000 RMB scholarship. But it does not necessarily mean that we cannot help each other. Some of your strengths may be my weaknesses, and some of your weakness may turn out to be my strengths. Hence we can complement each other through displaying our strengths to one another, reaching a win-win culmination. As a saying goes, many heads are better than one. Through mutual help, we can reach our destination faster and more efficiently.

My dear classmates, you know I know a lot of friends outside our school through my English corner. Many of them told me that classmates are the most helpful and purest after you go to work. Once working, the relationship you develop with others is mostly focusing on respective benefits. It is hard for you to spot a truly good friend. But with your classmates, especially those who get on well with you in school, you will feel easy at any time. You can unlock you heart to them, which you will never do to your colleagues and clients. So many people told me such a wisdom that I gradually put more emphasis on my relationship with my classmates and friends in school. So I will treat all of you sincerely, and I wish you could do the same to me! maybe we do not have much to talk, but we have a subtle tie that bridges our hearts tightly and eternally. In the future, we may apart to different institutions or organizations even regions to work and touch little, but once we come across each other one day, we will feel a great sense of familiarity and kindness! picture after picture of the past beautiful memories will flow into our minds automatically! We can still show our hands to those when it is needed! That is enough! That is the best and the most powerful testament of our ever-friendship.

Ok, as time is limited, I will put down my pen here! It seems that I am a little talkative. Hehe! at last , I hope you can cooperate with me and other leaders in our class harmoniously in the coming future! Let's strive for our distinctive but meaningful goals together!
