本来今天打定主意不晚睡的,可是还是忍不住完成本周的写作任务还有写一下最近的感想!呵呵

上周日晚英语角闭幕式圆满成功了,好多同学朋友来支持我.真的很高兴! 好同学高家乐感冒了也来撑场,真是让我感动死了!我们照了好多相,拍了一个十几分钟的视频,现在看起来我还忍不住想笑~~~呵呵~~到大伙一起照集体照时.我感到很感动很感动.大家就像一家人.一起走过了许多风风雨雨.英语角就是我们的家~~~非常感谢在华为工作的刘佳,不顾路途遥远来参加英语角还帮我们拍了视频,真的非常感谢他~~~还有竹静的相机~~~当晚我激动得两点多还没睡着,呵呵~~~~

今晚以经院英语角创办者的身份去担任经济学院演讲比赛的评委之一,我感到非常荣幸,同时也感到非常大的压力~~选手们的水平完全出乎我的预料,深大真的是人才济济.我真是自愧不如~~~从那些得奖的选手身上,我意识到了自己的不足,

我会努力改进的,我也会努力攀登英语的高峰~~~有一句话再一次在我心中响起:路漫漫其修远兮, 吾将上下而求所~~~

Nowadays "teamwork" is really a popular item emerging in both colloquial and written forms. People put great emphasis on the cooperation which they think can accelerate the procedure of work and meantime achieve even multiple the expected result.

Needless to say, teamwork really counts tremendously both in our life and in our work. In work, you need to cooperate with your colleagues to fulfill given tasks. if you are lucky enough to be the leading staff or senior manager in a large company, you must have definitely sensed the great significance of teamwork in your career. You need to cooperate with your coworkers frequently to draw up final strategy through discussion. After the formulation of the scheme, it ought to be implemented with the mutual efforts of you and your department colleagues even the whole staff of the company. As for the part of your life, you also need to go hand in hand with your friends and family members. When you encounter some ticklish hardships that is beyond your own capability to solve, you need the hands of your folks and friends. thereby, broadlyspeaking, cooperation does exist everywhere in your life!

However, does the allegation in the topic that cooperation motivates people more than individual competition does? I suppose not. It should depend on specific cases. In the first place, teamwork also has its insurmountably intrinsic drawbacks. As a saying goes, many people, many minds. While discussing with a group of members, it might be difficult to reach an agreement due to various proposals and unrelenting stances, which will surely obstruct the procedure of the schedule and may even miss the best time to take action. Worse still, staying with a group of people frequently may trigger daily conflicts inevitably. If not dealt with appropriately, it may result in the inefficiency of work. Nevertheless, the two big shortcomings can be overmastered by individual competition. When the task is small and suitable for individual efforts, it is better to be carried out by individual rather than a team. When working alone, you can spare the heated and lengthy discussion and adopt your own thinking as you want. Moreover, unlike the case of teamwork in which the achievement is shared by a group of people, the accomplishment of individual work can guarantee you a full sense of achievement due to your independent toil. Base on this, you ought to be more motivated by individual competition than cooperation with others. Last but not the least, less teamwork may also indicate less conflict with your coworkers that can be caused by arguing about some divergences! You may feel a sense of freedom!

Actually, cooperation and individual working has its evident advantages and disadvantages respectively. It is improper to play up one side and play down the other! Whether we need to exercise teamwork or individual competition should be determined to the characteristics and features of the work itself. More innovatively, we can figure out a way that can combine them moderately. I think while cooperating, we can still stress our individual capability to compete with our members, which can also ensure a more efficient and effective outcome!
