competitive and global atmoshpere how a corporation develop and exist leave a heated discussion among those person who are attached to such corporations
Now let's take Lenovo as an example to illustrate a corporation's culture and how the culture affect the corporation.
Every corporation with high organization and effective administration can put large proportion fund to
foster their staff ,in order to keep long-term development .
Lenovo is famous for his remarkable technologies and service as well .He has expanded in many countries and regions.
How can a corporation be so
outstanding, what does it hold inside and what are his strategies in the outside world ? There are about 10 thousand staff in the lenovo corporation ,most of who come from
mainland of China .Of great challenge is the cultural background and the trend of the staff's value ,which is the crucial point
related to the fall and rise of lenovo if he plans to practise his strategies of global business.
The standard of staff's value :the staff's value should indentify with the sense of corporate value.
1)Lenovo divides his staff into four categories : Those who not only recognize the value of corporation but aslo make much
contribution to it ,of course ,are the best .The second
category is those with strong capability and contantly make great performance but they don't
necessarily recognize the value of corporation.The third is those who recognize the value of corporation well but don't make any performance ,and these people are the important resources that lenovo want to
foster.
2)The last
category is those who don't recognize the value of corporation and don't make any performance ,either.
The concept of talent:They hope their staff blend their personal persuit to the long-term development of the corporation, said by the director of Human Recourse Department of lenovo company.
3) Lenovo cares much about his staffs. But it seems that lenovo cares more about the
outstanding achivements according to his principle of talent ,that is :To make a slap-up suit must start from the insole.

Staff should not like the candle ,which can be shorter as they burn.On the contrary ,they need to be the
charger which will be more
energetic if it get enough
electricity .
(4)Stand away from a painting to see it .That means one need to know well his position and the corporate position as well .They should know prescisely when they ought to submit to collectivity .
