1. let students read the five questions in their books.
2. Let students listen to the tape from the beginning to the end to get a general idea.
3. The teacher plays the tape for the second time. Teacher may pause for students to write down the information.
4. The teacher checks the answers with the whole class. And let Ss listen one more time if necessary.
