How can we study English well?

1.teaching aims:To get the students to talk about their favourite subjects.
To get the students to talk about their problems in learning English .Give them some suggestions.

6.Pre-teaching:first,do some asking and answering to talk about the students’
favourite subjects to lead in the topic:How can we study English well?Then get a
student to give a speech to talk about how he studies English.Get the students to
talk about their problems in learning English .Start an English learning helpline to help sovle the problems.The helpline is a good way to help interest the students and so they are active in class.

Step 1.Revision:
1.Have a brainstorm of the words on subjects.
2.Revise the dialogue:-What is your favourite subject?

(The teacher asks some individual students to answer the questions,then get them to do pairwork.)
3.Do you like English?Why or why not?
Step 2:Task 1:have a talk
1.Get a student to give a speech on how he studies English well.
2.Get the students to talk about their problems in learning English.have a groupwork,get a student in each group to give a report.
3.list the problems.Get the students to read and remember the sentences.
Step3:Task 2:an English learning helpline
Divide the class into two parts.One group acts as the helper,the other group
acts as the students who have problems.Have a match in the class to see which group is the best

八.教学反思:本节课是中考第一轮总复习的其中一节课,内容是以学科为线索,既复习了学生们学过的科目以及他们最喜欢的科目是什么,又复习了英语学习方法的问题.在复习了知识点之后,进行了一个英语学习方法热线咨询电话的活动,让学生们学以致用,并大大活跃了整个课堂气氛.最后进行了巩固性的练习,题型以中考紧密结合,因此复习的效果很好.
