盐是我们生活的必需品，做为海边长大的孩子，怎能不知道盐是怎样炼成的呢？下面我就来给大家讲一讲我看到的盐的制作过程吧！
        清明节那天，爸爸妈妈带着我到文登南海去看盐田，出门的时候正下着毛毛细雨，正应了 "清明时节雨纷纷" 这句古诗。一路上我心里都在琢磨：要制作盐肯定要先去山上开采矿石，然后再把矿石放到海水里泡一泡，最后磨成细粉，就是盐了吧？

Salt is a necessity in our life. As a child grew up near the sea, how could I not know the process to get salt refined? Now let me tell you what I saw!
On the day of Qingming Festival, my parents took me to visit salt fields in Wendeng South Sea. When we took off, it drizzled. It reminded me of the ancient poem lines,"The rain flies heavily as Qingming draws". I was imagining on my way about how to refine salt: people must have to get salt rocks on the hills first and then soak them in water and ground them into fine power. Maybe in this way, finally the salt we used everyday was turned out.

        而事实与我想象的并不一样。当我们快到盐田的时候，突然发现了前方出现了很多座"小山"，近了一看，原来这些"小山"全是盐堆成的。这些盐还没有经过加工，颗粒很粗，不白也不透亮。盐山后面就是盐田了，盐田是挖出来的方形池子，这种池子有很多块，一望无际，就像一片片田地一样。听完讲解后，我才明白盐的制作过程原来是这样的：先利用潮汐把海水引进盐田里，然后晒上一阵子，海水蒸发后，盐就晒出来了。

Actually the truth was quite different from what I thought. When we nearly got to our destination, we suddenly found a lot of hills appear in front of us. We took a closer look. Those hills were all piled up with salt. The salt there has not been processed yet. The grains looked quite rough, neither white nor crystal. The salt fields were just located behind these salt hills, which were many square ponds linked one by one just like a vast expanse of farmlands. After I heard the explanation, I finally understood the process for refining the salt. People first lead sea water into the salt fields, and expose it for a while. After the sea water evaporates, salt begins to appear.

        回来的路上我们看到盐田里有工人在往外铲晒好的盐，还有工人把"盐山"上的盐装袋运进集装箱，准备进一步加工成精盐。

On the way back home, we saw some workers shoveling salt from the salt fields and others putting the raw salt into bags and moving them to containers for the further refinement.
