用法说明
这句话常用来表示对对方某些做法和想法的不满,有的时候也会是对对方的一种提醒。说话人常常把这种不满和提醒的内容放在这句话的后面。通常使用这句话时,说话人并不是真的想责备对方,而是因为对对方的某些做法或者想法看不过去才提出了自己的不满。
This sentence usually expresses one's discontent to the other's behavior or idea. Sometimes, it is used to remind. The speaker often puts what she/he dissatisfies or wants to remind after this expression. It does not mean the speaker really wants to blame someone; he/she just voices the complaint because he/she cannot bear the other's practice or idea anymore.

1、甲:你每天都要熬夜,不是我说你,这样累不累啊?
Jiă: Nǐ měi tiān dōu yào áoyè, bú shì wǒ shuō nǐ, zhèyàng lèibulèi a?
A: You stay up late every day. Don't take it as criticism; but don't you feel tired?
乙:你说得对,我以后要早睡早起。
Yǐ: Nǐ shuō de duì, wǒ yǐhòu yào zǎo shuì zǎo qǐ.
B: You are right. I will keep early hours from now on.
2、甲:不是我说你,这么冷的天,你怎么不多穿点儿?
Jiă: Bú shì wǒ shuō nǐ, zhème lěng de tiān, nǐ zěnme bù duō chuān diǎnr?
A: I do not mean to blame you, but why don't you put on more clothes in such a cold day?
乙:我没想到今天这么冷。
Yǐ: Wǒ méi xiǎng dào jīntiān zhème lěng.
B: I did not expect it to be so cold.
