用法说明
"不管怎么说"意思是"无论如何,不管怎样",用于一句话的前半句,后半句往往表达的是一个结果、结论或者事实,表示在任何情况下,这个结果、结论或事实都是不会变或是不应该变的。说这句话的时候,谈话双方已经谈论或者了解了某些情况,说话人用这句话意在强调后边的内容,即不管前面的情况是积极的还是消极的,有些事情还是应该做的,或者事实是不受情况影响的。

Jiă: Méi nénɡ bānɡ shànɡ nǐ de mánɡ, hěn yíhàn.
