美式期权的中文解释

指在合约期限内任何时点（直至及包括到期日）均可执行的一种期权，不同于只能在到期日才能执行的欧式期权。一种称为"半美式"的变异期权则只能在到期日之前某些时段内执行。

American Option的英文解释

An option which can be exercised at any time during the life of the contract, up to and including the expiry date, in contrast to European options which can be exercised only on the expiry date. A variation is the 'semi-American', where options can be exercised on only a set number of dates before expiry.
