偿债基金的中文解释

指强制借款人预先支付资金，赎回某个额度的证券，从而减少到期时的本金额。不管二级债券市场如何波动，均要向一个特别账户支付预付款。

Sinking Fund的英文解释

Mandatory prepayments made by a borrower to redeem a certain amount of an issue, thus reducing the principalamount due at maturity. The prepayments are made regardless of price movements in the secondary bond market, through payments to a special account.
