基准货币的中文解释

汇率报价中作为基础的货币，即报价表达形式为每一个单位的货币可兑换多少另一种货币。例如，欧元兑美元报价是以一欧元兑多少美元表示，所以其基准货币为欧元；而美元兑日元的报价，基准货币则是美元。

Base Currency的英文解释

The currency that forms the base of a quotation, i.e. the denominator expressed as a unit of one (or sometimes a hundred). For example, the base currency in a US dollar/euro quotation is the dollar, whereas the base currency in the dollar/sterling quote is the pound.
