无限责任的中文解释

无限责任是相对于有限责任(limited liability)而言的。在一个有限责任的公司或是合伙企业中，股东或合伙人最大的损失限于其所投入的资本，而在无限责任的组织中，所有人不享有这种限制的保护，理论上损失可以无限大。
