免费认股权的中文解释

公司进行配股/供股(rights issue)时，新股的认购价通常低于股票当下市价，现有股东会免费获得这种认股权，若不想行使权利，可将认股权出售。免费认股权并非免费获配发股票的权利，"免费"只是指股东免费取得以低于市价认购股票的权利。
