偿债净额的中文解释

指偿还所欠债务的一部分本金。在旧债未清又举新债时，paydown是指某段时间内偿还的债务金额超过新借的债务，总债务降低的金额即为偿债净额。

A paydown is when the amount of debt being redeemed by a government or a company exceeds the amount of new debt being issued. The government or company is repaying more debt than it is borrowing. The total net reduction is called the paydown.
