净交易的中文解释

指不对投资者收取佣金的证券交易。如果是公司发行新证券，承销商的佣金会计在发行价格内。

A transaction whereby the investor is not charged a commission. If a company sells new issues, the underwriter's commission is incorporated in the issue price. A commission will only be charged in secondary market trading.
