凡是人 皆须爱 天同覆 地同载
行高者 名自高 人所重 非貌高
才大者 望自大 人所服 非言大
己有能 勿自私 人所能 勿轻訾
勿谄富 勿骄贫 勿厌故 勿喜新
人不闲 勿事搅 人不安 勿话扰
人有短 切莫揭 人有私 切莫说
道人善 即是善 人知之 愈思勉
扬人恶 即是恶 疾之甚 祸且作
善相劝 德皆建 过不规 道两亏
凡取与 贵分晓 与宜多 取宜少
将加人 先问己 己不欲 即速已
恩欲报 怨欲忘 报怨短 报恩长
待婢仆 身贵端 虽贵端 慈而宽
势服人 心不然 理服人 方无言

Equal Love For Humanity
Cherish equal love for humanity, everyone and everything,
Because we share this planet Earth under one sky as neighbors.
Virtuous people naturally enjoy a high reputation,
Appearances are not important.
Talented people earn prestige,
And their achievements are what people admire, not their eloquence.
I should devote my talents to the well being of humanity,
And never belittle the skills of others.

It's not right to flatter the rich or to intimidate the poor,
It's not right to reject old friends in order to welcome new ones.
If a friend is busy, I should not trouble him with requests but simply leave him alone,
If a friend is upset, I should not disturb him.
I will never talk about the mistakes or private life of a friend.
Talking about the good deeds of people is a good deed in itself,
They will be greatly encouraged to hear it and will work even harder.
Spreading the bad deeds of others is an evil;
If the person is strongly confronted they may become hateful or seek revenge
Encourage others to progress and we all progress,
But if I allow a friend to do wrong then I'm doing wrong too.
Whenever I give things to people or receive something from others,
I'll be clear about the deal,
I will be generous to friends and never try to take too much from them,
I'll never consider taking advantages of my friends.
When I think of a new idea,
I will first ask myself whether I would be happy to be treated that way,
If not, I'll give up this idea without hesitation.

I will always remember to pay back the favors that I've received,
But forget all the unfairtreatment I have received.
I will be fair, kind and forgiving to people in my service.
If I force people to obey, I can never win their hearts,
But if I treat everyone fairly, then they will be content.
