亲 仁
Following good role models
"仁"，本指人与人之间相互亲爱。孔子把"仁"作为最高的道德原则、道德标准和道德境界。他第一个把整体的道德规范集于一体，形成了以"仁"为核心的伦理思想结构，它包括孝、弟（悌）、忠、恕、礼、知、勇、恭、宽、信、敏、惠等内容。

同是人 类不齐 流俗众 仁者希
People are very different from each other, but most of them lack consistency,
Only a few are steadfast in their pursuits and study.
果仁者 人多畏 言不讳 色不媚
People with true wisdom and great virtues are awe-inspiring;
They are direct and they don't flatter.
能亲仁 无限好 德日进 过日少
By finding such people and spending time with them, I will benefit greatly,
My virtues will grow and my faults diminish each day.
不亲仁 无限害 小人进 百事坏
If I don't find such people then I can be exposed to negative influences,
Bad friends will be my companions and their influence will be negative
