Some concerned departments of British cabinet declared on 16th that new fathers will qualify for almost six months' paid paternity leave, although there are still some controversial sounds.
The plan was first championed by British Deputy Prime Minster Nick Clegg in January.
Business Secretary Vince Cable and Home Secretary Theresa May condemned on 16th that Britain's existing maternity leave rules as "old-fashioned, inflexible and gender-biased".
However, some experts warned that it would be disruptive for business. The plan has been labeled a "nightmare" by some business groups.
