(CRI 2008-06-20 13:26:01)Adult males without partners can now purchase a lovely virtual girlfriend. A female robot with the ability to kiss was released by a Japanese game company, China News Service reports.

This 15-inch robot, christened EMA or forever innocent maiden, has a perfect shape and can sing and dance driven by a battery.

Also, after receiving a "love" order through an infrared sensor, she will approach and kiss the sender.

The "lovely girlfriend" will hit the Japanese market this September, with a price tag of about 175 US dollars.

10,000 robots are scheduled to be released the first year.
