（People's Daily | 10-08-2008 14:46）-- With the participation of East Timor, all the 45 Asian countries will attend Shanghai World Expo in 2010, Zhou Hanmin, deputy chief of Shanghai World Expo Coordination Bureau, announced on Oct 7, 2008 .

It is revealed that East Timor of Asia and Latvia of Europe are the last two countries that confirmed their attendance of Shanghai World Expo.

By October 7, 179 countries and 44 international organizations have confirmed to come to Shanghai in 2010. Among these countries 50 are Africa, 45 Asian countries, 44 European countries, 25 American countries and 15 Oceanian countries.
